The city has a population of nearly 20 million, and is the cultural and economic center of the nation and surrounding region. The city is both secular and Islamic, Western and Middle Eastern. Our team ministers among the refugee communities seeking to catalyze Church Planting Movements (CPM) among various people groups and in neighborhoods throughout the city.
We are looking for people passionate and gifted to serve in any of these areas:
Catalyzing Church Planting Movements (CPM): evangelism, discipleship, church planting, leadership development, and repeating through generational multiplication. Other high impact activities include: vision casting, mobilizing and training believers in CPM principles, obedience-based discipleship, equipping believers to witness and form communities of faith.
Refugee life development: Assessing and leveraging resources in order to empower individuals and families to walk out of poverty and into a position of self-sufficiency. The focus is long-term empowerment versus short-term relief.
Community building: Creating innovative ways to connect social networks on a large-scale and bring people together in community.
