Are you a business person either by experience or education? Has God given you a vision to see a community transformed from the inside out through biblical, economic, and entrepreneurial avenues?

Chibolya is a typical African “Shanty” style community. Many men in this area are not working at all, those that do are engaging in day labor or piece meal jobs infrequently. There are also a number of women who are involved in prostitution. We are looking for a self-starter who can enter the community and build relationships to determine what the people are capable of, what their dreams are, and ultimately what can be done to start a sustainable business that will help provide for their most basic physical needs. The ideal person will have a business background or education, can network with the business community and government agencies as these are access points to resources available to the people.
