We desire to bring passionate and gifted people together to help the oppressed. Because we understand that everyone enters this process at various stages, the following questions will help you as you begin your journey toward serving with International Teams. Let these questions serve as an opportunity for us to have a conversation with you. If you should answer no to any of them, together we can discern what an appropriate next step could look like. We desire that when you come to serve you are in a healthy place physically, emotionally and spiritually. We look forward to walking along this journey with you.

Are you authorized to work in the U.S. (even if you desire to serve overseas)?

Are you at least 18 years or older (unless you are planning to serve with a short-term team)?

Have you read through International Teams' Statement of Faith? Do you agree with it?

Have you read through International Teams' Value Statements? Do they resonate with you?

Are you connected with and involved in a local church body?

Have you been a Christ follower for at least one year and are you growing in your faith through discipleship?

Are you committed to raising funds and prayer support through partnerships with individuals and churches?

Are you free from addictions such as drugs and alcohol for at least one year?

Does your lifestyle reflect a commitment of personal purity?

If you are divorced, has it been for at least one year?

Has your calling to missions been affirmed through prayer?

If you're ready, take the next step. After that you'll be contacted by one of our Mobilizers who will personally coach and pray with you as you explore different ministry opportunities with International Teams.
